Recognized as a benchmark in container port operations in Brazil, Santos Brasil is a publicly traded company, listed at Level 2 on B3's Novo Mercado, offering its clients complete logistics solutions, from Port to Door. The Company operates five maritime terminals and integrates port activities with over 3,500 employees.

Before the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, André reported that they had “a lot of information with few business insights,” which proves that the available tools such as MIG-UPDATE (Annual updates always available for the latest S/4HANA version, for 36 months or more) and MIG-MONITORING (Provides a series of reports and tools that assist in managing the infrastructure environment from an S/4HANA perspective) are effective tools.
According to André, the conversion and activation of these solutions (such as MM, SD, FI, AA, CO, PM, LP, and all Fiori apps) “allowed the company to scale, gain agility, while still maintaining an intimate user experience with the new scenario, which is more responsive to competition. Now we can use data for better analyses, forecasts, or simulations, and companies will be enabled to implement new products or services quickly.”
MIGNOW is the only software in the world capable of converting SAP ECC to S/4HANA using AI, and this was a decisive factor for the partnership with Santos Brasil to gain in speed and effectiveness, as “through the automated process, productivity is much higher than conventional processes where the project runs 24×7.” Additionally, André included other important factors in choosing Mignow, such as “having recognized expertise in S/4HANA and possessing SAP-Qualified Partner Packaged Solution qualification from the SAP Solution Center.”
