According to Systems Manager Leonardo Vieira, the decision to migrate to S/4HANA was made because “the project is part of a set of broad and structural initiatives for the digital transformation journey, allowing us to leverage the new features available in S/4HANA, evolving in technology and achieving greater operational simplification.”

Project completed in just four and a half months!

The project lasted four and a half months, with two cycles of conversions and tests, followed by a final conversion cycle. Regarding the implementation time, Leonardo commented that, “for a project of this magnitude, it's a significant advantage,” and other advantages were also mentioned, such as “automatic conversion of Z programs reducing migration effort, leveraging an opportunity window for implementation during an appropriate period, and the project's financial value being within expectations.”
