Galler is a traditional and independent chocolate factory.
Founded by Jean Galler in 1976 in Liège, Belgium, Galler is a traditional and independent chocolate factory, supported by over 170 industry enthusiasts. Known for the high quality of chocolate produced, primarily for supermarkets, their own stores, and export, they seized the opportunity during a period of expansion to convert to S/4 HANA.
On the path to "a transformation at all levels, shifting paradigms from the 20th to the 21st century," Galler chose Mignow because they want to "leverage SAP's functionalities to their fullest, redesign business processes, and use technology to help change and support the new business vision," says Salvatore Iannello, CEO of Galler Group.

Galler adopted the new SAP S/4HANA through Mignow's Artificial Intelligence Software, in a conversion that took just two and a half months, with speed and security. "This change helped transform the current passive and fixed management control into dynamic and responsive management."
The partnership between Galler and Mignow came about because, through the automated process, productivity is much higher than conventional processes, in addition to SAP qualifications that guarantee the client high-level execution in conversions.
